FRANCE ASKS FBI FOR HELP WITH SABOTAGE CASE
France police investigating
Two sources who are directly involved in the investigation said that the FBI was asked to help with the sabotage on high-speed lines just hours before the Opening Ceremony of the Paris Olympics.
The FBI was called by investigators after they received an email from media outlets, which the police believed may have come from the suspects. The email was a long list of complaints, but it did not claim to be the perpetrators.
