Novorossiisk oil loadings fell by 19% in Nov.
Two people familiar with the plan on Tuesday said that oil exports from Russia’s Black Sea Port of Novorossiisk will decline from 2.42 millions metric tons to 1,89 million metric tonnes, or about 460,000 barrels per daily, in November, from 2,42 million tons in Oct.
Calculations showed that daily oil loadings in Novorossiisk, including Russian Urals oil and Siberian Light grades of oil and Kazakh KEBCO will decrease by 19%. November is one day less than October.
As the refinery maintenance period is over, Russia's crude exports to its western ports from its main ports will fall by 13% from the previous month in November, to 1,95 million barrels per days, or approximately 8 million metric tonnes.
