New Zealand wins America's Cup with a 3-0 lead after beating Britain

New Zealand took a 3-0 advantage in the series of first-to seven after winning the third America's Cup against Britain.

Peter Burling and his New Zealand team penalised Ben Ainslie for failing to keep clear after a close-quarters aggressive manoeuvre was performed by Peter Burling in the pre-start.

The Kiwis gained an early advantage over Britain after Britain dropped 75 metres behind them when they crossed the line.

The British, despite being close to overtaking the New Zealanders during an early tacking duels, were unable get past them and they won the race convincingly.
