BENETEAU: Beneteau announced on Thursday that it expects to see a drop of 5%-10% in 2025 in demand and sales. The company cited further destocking during the first half year.

FORVIA:

Forvia, a French auto part supplier, said that it had priced senior bonds of 750 million euros at 5.625% due 2030.

FRANCE/UKRAINE - French President Emmanuel Macron announced on Thursday that he would host a meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskiy, the Ukrainian president in Paris next week to discuss ways of helping to defend Ukraine.
