U.S. president Joe Biden stated on Saturday that China is continuing to "behave aggression" in the South China Sea, Taiwan Strait, and President Xi Jinping uses diplomacy to advance China's interests.

Biden made the comments during the Quad Leaders summit in Wilmington, Delaware. The event's official feed carried the remarks after the press had been asked to leave.

Biden stated that Xi Jinping was looking to minimize the turbulence of China diplomatic relations and to focus on the domestic economic challenges. He's also trying to buy some diplomatic space to aggressively pursue China’s interests.
