Coast Guard Issues Safety Zone ex-USS Oriskany

The US Coast Guard issued a press relase stating that it is enforcing a safety zone around the ex-USS ORISKANY as the obsolete aircraft carrier is towed into waters of the Gulf of Mexico near Pensacola where it will be scuttled to create the largest artificial reef in history.
