Ocean Network Express (ONE), a Japanese container shipping company that is headquartered in Tokyo and Singapore, has announced the establishment of the Advanced Ocean Container Transportation Engineering Lab (AOCTEL), a stowage planning hub in Kumamoto, Japan.The office was founded by Kozo Keikaku Engineering Inc (KKE) for Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha five years ago. OOCL Chooses Navis StowMan
