Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. received a letter of appreciation from the Paraguayan Embassy, thanking the company for providing ocean transport of used wheelchairs from Japan to Paraguay, where they were delivered to needy children. This is the second time MOL has teamed up with the Volunteers Group to Send Wheelchairs to Overseas Children, a certified NPO, following a project in 2010. A total of 80 used wheelchairs for children were loaded on its operated containership at Port of Yokohama and left on October 23, 2014.
