Albatros Arctic Circle ApS has taken delivery of a new ProZero 13.5m Arctic Workboat from Tuco Marine / ProZero Workboats. This vessel, built on the ProZero hull concept, is designed to operate in the cold Greenlandic waters and is approved by the Danish Maritime Authority to transport up to 12 passengers according to the specific regulations for Greenland and Arctic operations.The new boat is tailored for day trips and whale watching, offering high comfort and excellent opportunities for social activities in the cabin, the builder said.

Moose Boats Delivers Fireboat to Woodbridge Fire District

San Francisco area boat builder Moose Boats announced it has delivered a powerful customized M3-36 monohull to the Woodbridge Fire District, in California. The M3 will serve as a fireboat in the San Joaquin Delta.The build features twin 300-horsepower Mercury outboards with a heavy duty outboard protective guard including tow line guides, a tow post and an integrated towing spool. The boat has a dedicated fire pump to flow through two 1,500 GPM Typhoon RC TFT monitors, one cabin-top mounted and one on the bow with VUM for attack hose connection.

China's Tianjin Port last month held a naming ceremony for its two latest "intelligent" tugs, Jingang Lun 36 and Jingang Lun 37.The new RAmparts 3500 ASD tugs were designed by Robert Allan Ltd. and built by Jiangsu Zhenjiang Shipyard, and their delivery makr sthe culmination of a project initiated between the designer and the port technical department back in 2022.The 34.6-meter-long (LOA) vessels are the second generation of intelligent tugs for the port as part of the ambitious plan to create an intelligent port.

Senegal's O3S Orders Fast Supply Vessel from Penguin

O3S – Oil Senegal Support Services, a homegrown Senegalese operator servicing the country's fledgling offshore energy sector, has ordered a new 36-meter fast supply vessel (FSV) from Singaporean shipbuilder Penguin International. Almaco Completes Two Projects for Carnival Jubilee

In October 2023, Almaco successfully delivered a project for the newbuild Carnival Jubilee at Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg. Key West, Fla.-based Yankee Freedom has ordered a new 300-passenger, high-speed catamaran from Gladding-Hearn Shipbuilding, Duclos Corporation for passenger service between Key West and the Dry Tortugas National Park. The new vessel will replace Yankee Freedom III, a 250-passenger catamaran built for the 70-mile run by the Mass.-based shipyard in 2012.
