BSM to Manage 6 Maersk Line Box Ships

Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) announced that it will take over full management of six containerships on behalf of Maersk Line A/S.

Presently managed in-house by Maersk, the six vessels ranging in size from 2,500 to 11,000 TEU.

Over the next five years, BSM’s Ship Management Center in Hamburg, Germany will be responsible for all aspects of management including crewing, technical operations, safety performance, environmental performance and energy efficiency.
