Tognum's new enlarged Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore will consolidate the areas of application engineering, sales and service support, distribution management, marketing and communications under one roof, bringing together all business functions and over 300 staff members into one new facility.

In 1974, MTU, a Tognum brand, chose Singapore to be its home in Asia and since this time, the country has become an intrinsic part of Tognum’s regional corporate DNA.

Boustead Projects Pte Ltd will be in charge of construction, and upon completion, will lease back the premises to Tognum Asia. The facility has 24,800 square-meters of floor space, covers a total of 1.75 hectares and is located at the Tukang Innovation Park.

The new complex, designed to consume less energy and be more environmentally friendly, will include a brand new training center, enabling Tognum Asia’s team of trainers to offer a greater number of staff and partners from throughout the region the opportunity to develop their maintenance and operational skills.

Ms. Vivien Tan, Director of JTC’s Precision Engineering & Construction Cluster, said, “We congratulate Tognum Asia on the groundbreaking of its new Asia-Pacific headquarters at JTC’s Tukang Innovation Park. Since its inception, the Park has provided a conductive business environment for forward-looking corporations engaging in knowledge-centric activities and is today home to both SMEs and MNCs at the forefront of innovation.”
