Klüber Synthetic Gear Oils Offer Max Efficiency

June 23, 2016

Klüber Lubrication, manufacturer of specialty lubricants, provides high-performance gear oils that are based on high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum efficiency in the lubrication of gear components.

Klübersynth GEM 4 N are high-performance gear and multipurpose oils based on polyalphaolefin that provide outstanding protection against wear with resistance to micropitting, foaming, and residue formation. They are used for the lubrication of plain and rolling bearings, toothed couplings, chains, guideways, joints, spindles and pumps.

Compared to standard formulations, Klübersynth GEM 4 N provides good thermal stability, high load-carrying capacity, and low friction values that improve the reliability of major components. The excellent viscosity-temperature behavior supports the formation of a sufficient lubricant film, even when equipment is exposed to elevated temperatures or pronounced temperature fluctuations.
Klübersynth GH 6 is a polyglycol high-performance gear and high-temperature oil that protects gears against scuffing, even at extremely high peak loads, vibrations or oscillations. The excellent wear protection ensures that the service life calculated for the lubricated components is achieved, leading to lower maintenance and repair costs. Developed specifically for the lubrication of worm gears, Klübersynth GH 6 is formulated to provide optimized friction behavior, while reducing power loss and improving gear efficiency.
Klübersynth UH1 6 is a polyglycol high-performance gear oil formulated to lubricate highly loaded spur, bevel and planetary gears in the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries. Klübersynth UH1 6 offers sufficient wear and scuffing protection of gears, even when exposed to high temperatures due to the oil’s high micropitting resistance. The oil can increase the reliability of production processes through its compliance with strict hygienic requirements. Klübersynth UH1 6 oils are NSF H1 registered.
